Beurteilung:
In der untersuchten Probe sind keine Weichmacher nachweisbar. Die BNN-Orientierungswerte für "tolerierbare Rückstände an Phthalaten und Adipaten" werden erfüllt. Der Anteil an Pestizid-Rückständen liegt unterhalb der
Nachweigrenzen der Prüfmethoden gemäß DFG S19.
Der Gehalt an Polyphenolen (Gesamtphenole) von 268 mg/kg bezogen auf Gallussäure belegt, daß es sich bei der Probe um ein hochwertiges, kaltgepreßtes Olivenöl ohne Erwärmung bei der Herstellung handelt.
